Heirloom Springs® is the perfect place to pause and rediscover the rhythms of nature while feeding your soul and moving your body. You’re invited to let the day-to-day go and explore the insights from three days of farm-fresh food, Pilates-focused sessions and classes, yoga, hiking, clean mountain air, and quiet nights under star-filled skies.
The retreat setting at Heirloom Springs offers a serene backdrop perfect for exploration and learning. The retreat experience is designed to nurture the body and mind, featuring morning hikes, Pilates sessions, yoga, and farm-to-table meals prepared with locally sourced, herbaceous ingredients. As attendees immerse themselves in the tranquil surroundings and the Pilates sessions with world-class teachers, they will leave with not only a deeper Pilates practice but also a stronger body and a refreshed spirit, reawakened to the wonders of nature and the healing it provides.
