Heirloom Springs® Signature
Women’s Retreat
April 25 - 27, 2025
Modern life challenges us in ways that divert us from our truest selves. Our many responsibilities can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and fragmented. Heirloom Springs® is the perfect place to pause and rediscover the rhythms of nature. You’re invited to let the day-to-day go and explore the insights that come from three days of farm-fresh food, easy movement, clean mountain air and quiet nights under star-filled skies.
Eat
Meals at the farm are prepared from scratch with love in our farmhouse kitchen. Ingredients are either grown and harvested by Rachael on the property or handpicked from area farms and boutique food makers. We choose every selection — think eggs from our chickens; herbs and vegetables from our garden; gourmet goat cheese from Caromont Farm; and the freshest, seasonally available, wild-caught seafood from Marsh Roots — for its high quality, nutritional density and outstanding flavor. It’s all local, and it all aligns perfectly with our mission of teaching guests about the importance of environmentally sound growing practices and choosing foods that sustain both our bodies and our planet.
Move
Pilates. Yoga. Easy hiking. Meditative walking. Forest bathing. Our retreats include a variety of gentle movement practices with research-backed benefits for both body and mind. Rachael or another talented instructor guides guests through classes in our rustic-elegant barn or hilltop gazebo, and along our winding mountain road or wooded paths. No experience is necessary. We hold space for all fitness levels.
Breathe
One of the simplest ways to lower stress is to reduce the noise of everyday life by immersing yourself in nature. One of the simplest ways to calm your nervous system is through conscious breathing. When you replace hustle and bustle with a stillness so quiet you can feel and hear the air as it enters and leaves your body, you create a healing reset. At Heirloom Springs, you can catch your breath and return to life a little more grounded.
Connect
A retreat that carries the potential for lasting change is as much about the people you experience it with as anything else. Research shows that the more connected people feel, the less anxiety and depression they report. But being in a community of support and camaraderie does more than lift the spirits. It can open the door to exploring your intentions, connecting with your personal truth, and finding your greatest joy.
